JCAN (Joint Coalition for Addressing Needs) is a Toronto-based not-for-profit charitable organization serving black communities and other underserved populations impacted by the social determinants of health. With a focus on providing culturally relevant approaches, JCAN strives to impact health in these communities with a particular focus on older adults.
